ACCESS stands for Alabama Connecting Classroom, Educators, and Students Statewide. It is a program used for the high schools in Alabama. I personally as an Elementary Education major would never use this but those who are secondary would. I think that this would help a lot of teachers out. I do believe it is a really good program that also can be implemented on the Elementary school level.
I think that this is a great program due to the fact that it will be statewide. So if a student moves to someplace within the state they will not be far behind or far ahead in the classroom. They will be right on track. I also believe this is important because in today’s society we are losing touch with going to class and I believe that student’s should not be able to earn their whole degree online. Online learning sometimes is easy and simple but student’s thus far haven’t had a problem learning in class.
